Shipping Policy

Ours is a sustainable no-Inventory, no landfill solution to fashion where every piece is MADE to ORDER.
Each order placed by you will be sent for print and production
within 1 day.
The printing of the design on the apparel or accessory and dispatch time will vary of the type of print chosen.
For DTG/DTF/Vinyl printing on apparel or accessories and home décor the delivery time will be 4-6 working days whereas for the products where the print is all over the fabric the time taken will be longer - 7-10 days since the end to end process needs this time for completion.
Shipping address and contact number should be provided accurately by the customer to ensure smooth delivery. Shipping is done by premier 3rd party shipping companies.
Updates will be provided over provided communication channel (email/whatsapp) on the status of the order. All orders are paid at the time of placing the order on this website i.e. Prepaid.
Returns Policy
At GeetArtware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have quality issues or defects in the product, please send us an email with the image of the defect and we are happy to send you a replacement.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
Cancellations :
If you wish to change your order, you need to intimate within 24 hours.
No Cancellations allowed after the order is sent for printing.
Refunds or exchange :
We do not offer refunds or replacements unless the product has a defect at this point.
Defective or Damaged Products :
Great care is taken in ensuring the quality of our products but in the rare case of the product having any manufacturing defects that have been unnoticed from our end, we would replace the same, with the same specifications as the previous shipment. Any changes in the Order specifications will be treated as a fresh order.
If you happen to receive defective or damaged product(s), please notify us on mail mentioning your order ID as well as pictures of the defect, within 48 hours of receiving the product(s) and we’ll take it forward from there.

GeetArtware is a one(wo)man show, trying to find a digital outlet and destination for her passion for art.
The art on all the products here is designed by me - Srividya and brought to you in the form of tshirts/ hoodies/accessories/home décor etc.
Each product is designed thoughtfully and a sample is tested by me before placing it on this website.
You can rest assured the quality of all products will be true to its claim.
For any questions on any policies, issues on your order please email on geetartware@gmail.com.
You can also contact for custom designs, party return gifts/bulk orders and the art work for the same can be created bespoke and delivered on the selected products - the time taken for bespoke work will be different than the shipping timelines posted on this website.
Privacy Policy
Dear customer, once you create a login, your data including email, phone number and address will be stored securely on this website.
This website is a fully managed and secured solution provided by Wix, where your data is stored securely and not shared with other 3rd parties in any way except for the Product manufacturer for dispatch and 3PL shipping partners.
You may from time to time receive notifications on the latest new collections in the products - you can wish to subscribe or unsubscribe from the notifications as per your preference.
The payment methods available are through Razorpay - a Secure and standard way to make payments.
